Framing of 7 units in Ascot Vale

This build saw Mase Group on one of the larger projects, on a busy intersection in the heart of Melbourne, with access issues and an elevated work area. These builds came together well and showed the heart and knowledge of the crew. Working on boundaries and with large fire safety requirements as part of the build.

Lock up and Fix of 4 Units in Maidstone

Mase Group were called in to follow the work of a framer where there had been many issues. The team did a great job on straightening walls and intersections that were an issue, as well as structurally strengthen items such as stairway walls as an important part of safety. Then it was onto tile underlay, fix, cladding, awnings, eaves and balconies.

Project Managing the Build of Dual Occupancy units in Coburg

Through a close partnership with AJ Construction Group, Mase Group was called into Project Manage the Build to Lock Up, with this being such an intercut and specific designer build, the team ended up involved with the project close to its completion. The Mae Group crew also completed Lock Up, Fix and various other works such as Decks, Cladding and Wall Panelling.

A great project, a typical gem requiring an upgrade. From redoing walls and weatherboards, to reshaping the back end of the house with a major bathroom and laundry renovation, as well as a major deck overhaul. Mase Group also Project Managed this great little project.

Major Doctors Surgery Remodel in Werribee

From widening hallways, to re configuring room layouts. Mase Group created new rooms and waiting area, a full new reception area and counter, an automatic entrance door with deck ramped entry. New flooring throughout, carpet and vinyl, curved privacy rendered walls for patient viewing of designer Japanese gardens. UV treatment rooms, 2 bathroom remodel and upgrades, new doorways and large glass window pane walls. This clinic definitely left no stone unturned for a full overhaul that has seen it dramatically transform.

A long term client of Mase Group decided it was time to take their private residence to the next level. Starting with a kitchen overhaul, through to the bathroom, flooring and a breakout sliding stacker doorway that leads out to a raised outdoor tiled area and down to a designer landscaped area. A big Project managed by Mase Group with a heavy hands-on involvement across works.
